Performance Teams!
The Performance Team program is for dancers in Kindergarten through 6th grade who are eager to grow, perform, and be part of something special. Team members receive additional performance opportunities, expand their dance skills, and enjoy the friendships, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences that come from dancing together.
Sprinkle Squad
for dancers in Kindergarten - Grade 2
Wednesdays 4:45 - 6:00pm with Miss Lauren
Sparkle Squad
for dancers in Grades 3 - 6
Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:15pm with Miss Kaylee & Miss Lauren
Each team will learn two routines during the season. The first routine is jazz, and the second routine is pom. Each dance has a separate costume. They will work on their first routines from September - November, which will be Christmas/Holiday themed, and perform them at community events in December (like a Christmas Market, Nursing Home, or Tree Lighting Ceremony).
The second routine will be covered from January - April, and the teams will perform them at community events in the spring (like a farmers market, or local festival), and the annual Dance by Lauren Mae spring recital.
In addition to performances, there will be several scheduled team bonding experiences planned for the dancers (like a Christmas party, or movie night at the dance studio).

Classes are held at Tapestry Folkdance Center, 3748 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis MN 55406.
Registrations are reviewed and processed by Dance by Lauren Mae within 72 hours of registration.
